Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original factory-sealed packaging, with tags, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, Defects & Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or free replacement within 14 days — no return shipping required from your side.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items As GlowBiome masks are a personal care product, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect (see above). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return Contact us at hello@dewybie.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@dewybie.com.
